1 General Provisions

3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus applies once per new account. The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit to claim the bonus. If the requirement is not met, the bonus balance will expire.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on ck71 are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others). Each game's own rules are displayed within the game. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be controlled by either the casino or the player.

8 VIP and Loyalty Program

ck71 operates a loyalty program consisting of three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Through regular and active play, players can progress to higher VIP levels. Higher levels offer special benefits, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated support. ck71 reserves the right to change the benefits and criteria of the VIP program.
